• No time minimum or maximum limits
• Different video subjects will be judged with the same merit, provided it at least deals with technology

*Notice 5/19/11: Video uploading works if you use, "Add a video from an external website" but you will have to upload to youtube first. We are working on fixing our local video uploading and it should be up soon.
